Danny Ryan has long talked with his fellow Armidale mate, Jim Scott, about going out to see Mal (McNiven) to see some of his agronomic achievements. We finally settled on a date that would suit Mal (May 2023) for us to enjoy a 3-day adventure to and from Moree.
